On Friday, November 4, 2016, the second concert from the acclaimed concert series, Greek Music Journey (GMJ) was presented with outstanding success before a full house of guests at New York's historic theater, The Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College featuring renowned singer from Greece Babis Tsertos and his band.  Produced by Elena Maroulleti and co-presented by the cultural non-profit organizations AKTINA Productions and CYPRECO Of America, the concert paid tribute to the Great Rembetika of Greece.

Greek singer Eleni Tsaligopoulou along with her band Bogaz Musique captivated the audience during Greek Music Journey 2016 (GMJ) on Friday, April 22nd at the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College during a performance termed by all in attendance as “magical!”.  Produced by Elena Maroulleti and co-presented by AKTINA Productions, Inc., and CYPRECO Of America, Inc., the concert was given to benefit public service media, AKTINA FM and AKTINA TV while it also celebrated AKTINA FM’s 23rd anniversary.

On Friday, November 6, 2015, AKTINA and CYPRECO presented their second annual benefit concert from the acclaimed series, GREEK MUSIC JOURNEY featuring the legendary singer/songwriter Lavrentis Machairitsas at the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College in Manhattan, New York.  The sold out performance highlighted everlasting hits from the rich discography of Lavrentis Machairitsas as well as classics by Great Greek Composers.  Machairitsas was accompanied by the renowned singer/songwriter Miltos Paschalidis and their band comprised by some of the finest musicians among them, Akis Amprazis, bass, Mirela Pachou, piano/accordion/vocals, Filippos Spyropoulos, drums and Steve Tesser, electric guitar/vocals.  The successful concert which received raving reviews from all in attendance and the press was produced by Elena Maroulleti.  Greek American and American fans and supporters of AKTINA and CYPRECO enjoyed an unforgettable performance that lasted for two and a half hours.

Greek popular singer Yannis Kotsiras was the new guest star during Greek Music Journey 2015.  The sold out performance was given on Friday, April 17, 2015 at New York’s landmark theatre the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College.  Kotsiras was welcomed on his first personal performance in the U.S by a full house of AKTINA's and CYPRECO's fans and supporters from all walks of life and ages Greek and non-Greek.  The concert produced by Elena Maroulleti and co-presented by the non-profits AKTINA Productions and CYPRECO of America was given to benefit public service media AKTINA FM and AKTINA TV on WNYE 91.5FM and channel 25 respectively.

Greek American fans and supporters of AKTINA and CYPRECO as well as members of the general audience of different ages enjoyed an unforgettable performance filled with the music and songs of world renowned and award winning Greek composer Manos Hadjidakis (Never on Sunday) on Friday, November 7, 2014 at New York's landmark theater, The Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College in Manhattan, New York. The concert featured the celebrated singer/songwriter from Greece Giannis Savvidakis who revived the songs of Manos Hadjidakis in a most representative and captivating manner.  This was the second annual concert from AKTINA's acclaimed music series, Greek Music Journey given to benefit the New York public service media, AKTINA FM and AKTINA TV.  The concert was co-presented by the non-profit cultural oganizations, AKTINA Productions, Inc., and CYPRECO of America, Inc.
